Eden Ritchie Recruitment is still Business as Usual

25 March 2020

Even with the disruptions COVID-19 is causing across the world, and the challenging times we are facing, Eden Ritchie Recruitment is still operating Business as Usual. Eden Ritchie Recruitment has been on the forefront of technology for some time, and in turn can continue to operate in the same manner with no disruption to normal business.

Our phone systems, email and client / candidate database are all cloud based, so no matter where we are from a geographical perspective, our consultants can still be reached and give you current and up to date information or answers to your questions, continue to source and submit candidates for roles, and ultimately find the right candidate their perfect job.

We also have Microsoft Teams, which enable us to conduct registration interviews via video conferencing and is as simple as clicking a link to commence. Many of our clients are also conducting their interviews via Video conferencing.

Even in these uncertain times, we continue to receive in new roles, and believe this will continue to occur as some Government Clients will have a growing need for more staff in certain areas to respond to COVID-19.
