As a well-connected executive recruiter Justine has established networks locally and internationally to draw upon, this has played a key role in the establishment of a specialised Health Recruitment division within Eden Ritchie Recruitment. Justine can demonstrate significant experience and expertise in executive recruitment projects of similar scope within large and complex organisations. Her involvement in many critical recruitment projects has led to the delivery of successful outcomes to several high-profile Queensland Public and Private Sector organisations. Justine holds a Bachelor of Commerce with an Accounting major and is a member of the AICD.

Director of Eden Ritchie Recruitment, Kim Ritchie has spent the past 30+ years within the Queensland Recruitment Industry as both an Executive Recruiter and respected business operator.

Kim’s expertise came to the forefront when she formed Eden Ritchie Recruitment with Justine Eden in the belief that Brisbane lacked a local recruitment firm with a focus on customer service and professional integrity. Kim’s roles both present and in the past have involved extensive account management and client development within the public and private sectors as well as internally driving the growth and profitability of Eden Ritchie Recruitment.

Kim’s recruitment experience expands to all levels of Executive search, Accounting, General and Commercial Management and ICT recruitment. Together with search and selection recruitment processes, Kim has also provided support to clients in the areas of job specification design, writing advertising copy and subsequent screening process with the aim of attracting high calibre candidates most suited to a particular organisation. Partnering with high profile organisations to recruit positions critical to an organisation, Kim’s broad network and search reach is supported by specifically targeted national advertising and search campaigns. 

Linda Parker joined Eden Ritchie Recruitment in 2006 originally commencing as Personal Assistant to the Directors Kim Ritchie and Justine Eden. Since then Linda has worked across all facets of the business, encompassing payroll and accounts support through to working in the role of Recruitment Consultant for the Accounting Division.

In 2013 Linda transitioned to the role of Business Operations Manager, where she supported the Directors with the day-to-day management of the business and has since transitioned into providing selection panel services to Government Departments due to the ongoing and increasing demand. Linda has assisted in and managed multiple recruitment panel processes over the past 12 years and has gained significant experience with short listing, scribing and selection report writing with various Queensland Government organisations.

She has a reputation for delivering outstanding work and outcomes within very tight deadlines and is highly experienced in large scale, bulk recruitment projects – managing extremely high levels of applicants. The level of repeat business Linda receives is testament to the quality and results she continually delivers.

Angela joined Eden Ritchie Recruitment as part of the leadership team working alongside the Directors to drive future success and improve business services, systems and processes.

Having relocated to Brisbane from Melbourne, Angela has had several years as a Senior Manager in the Real Estate and Utility Connections industries. With a strong focus on improving business processes to maximise efficiencies and growth while maintaining a high level of customer service, Angela is extremely committed to supporting the Eden Ritchie Recruitment business, brand and reputation.

Megan joined Eden Ritchie Recruitment as Financial Controller with more than 15 years experience, specialising in managing the financial health and growth of the business.

Megan brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to the role having worked in the not for profit, childcare and property industries. 

As well as consistently meeting financial requirements, Megan’s top priority is to foster and maintain relationships with our contractors and clients.
