Taryn holds international experience in recruitment, consulting, training and staff development in both the private and public sector. Taryn has worked on a diverse range of recruitment drives such as facilitating and organising assessment centres for specific government departments throughout Australia as well as specialising in recruitment in the information and communications technology spectrum.
Taryn believes that culture fit between employee and organisation is essential for sustainable business growth, productivity and employee development. Taryn directly supports all executive recruitment projects with functions including advertising response management, providing all application materials/packs, consolidating all application materials received from candidates, panel support activities including shortlist and selection reports, scheduling, travel arrangements and ensuring communication throughout. Taryn’s qualifications include a Bachelor, Honours and Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management as well as a Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment.
