With over 10 years’ experience working in generalist HR roles, Siobhan has a broad background across the state government, not for profit and private sectors. Siobhan is tertiary qualified with a Master of Human Resource Management and Bachelor of Arts (Psychology). With experience encompassing both strategic and operational HR, she has worked across a wide range of recruitment and selection processes, recruiting for technical, administrative, professional and executive positions.
Siobhan has excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and with a strong focus on client engagement and satisfaction, she offers a seamless service to clients. Her goal is to provide customised end-to-end recruitment, selection and scribing services, to ensure high-quality recruitment in line with key Government merit principles and standards.
