Siobhan joined Eden Ritchie Recruitment as a Government Selection Panels Consultant, providing high quality recruitment and selection services to the Queensland Government.

With over 10 years’ experience working in generalist HR roles, Siobhan has a broad background across the state government, not for profit and private sectors. Siobhan is tertiary qualified with a Master of Human Resource Management and Bachelor of Arts (Psychology). With experience encompassing both strategic and operational HR, she has worked across a wide range of recruitment and selection processes, recruiting for technical, administrative, professional and executive positions.

Siobhan has excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and with a strong focus on client engagement and satisfaction, she offers a seamless service to clients. Her goal is to provide customised end-to-end recruitment, selection and scribing services, to ensure high-quality recruitment in line with key Government merit principles and standards. With a commitment to integrity and professional, she has built strong partnerships with those she works with, providing a great deal of value-add expertise, which includes providing technical and procedural advice to selection committees.
