Matt joins Eden Ritchie Recruitment as Chief Client Officer, where his role is to identify opportunities to partner with leading Queensland organisations to attract the best possible talent across Government and Commercial sectors with a key focus on C level appointments, Board positions and executive leadership roles.

Matt has extensive experience and success as a business development professional and leader, in both B2B and B2C markets. He has worked across diverse industries in the UK and Australia, as well as with the Queensland State Government.  Matt has led national sales and business development teams in governance consultancy, working with C Suite clients across government, NFP and commercial entities.

Mat has a strong commercial acumen, an acute, research-based understanding of client needs and a proven ability to attract and close new business deals, which combines to underpin a track record achieving growth and strong outcomes.
