Lisa has 9+ years of recruitment experience predominantly within ICT, she brings with her a breadth of knowledge and understanding within this space. Originally from New Zealand, Lisa has worked in internal and agency recruitment, and grew her ICT knowledge whilst working at Absolute IT in Wellington.

Lisa moved to Brisbane in 2019 to pursue her ICT recruitment career, determined to replicate the success she had in New Zealand. Lisa has recruited for both contract and permanent roles filling many hard to fill roles, sourcing candidates nationally and internationally. For Lisa it is all about relationships, she sees her role as someone that partners with and guides her clients whilst building strong working relationships.

Lisa ensures she understands her client’s business, the people and the culture, so she can successfully place top candidates into their businesses that are the perfect fit. She prides herself on being able to offer her candidates a high calibre of customer service, meeting candidates to understand who they are and what their needs are within the marketplace, so she can help them find their perfect role.

Outside of work Lisa has been practicing Yoga for 5 years and she feels this provides a good balance for her life.
