Linda Parker

Linda Parker joined Eden Ritchie Recruitment in 2006 originally commencing as Personal Assistant to the Directors Kim Ritchie and Justine Eden. Since then Linda has worked across all facets of the business, encompassing payroll and accounts support through to working in the role of Recruitment Consultant for the Accounting Division.

In 2013 Linda transitioned to the role of Business Operations Manager, where she supported the Directors with the day-to-day management of the business and has since transitioned into providing selection panel services to Government Departments due to the ongoing and increasing demand. Linda has assisted in and managed multiple recruitment panel processes over the past 12 years and has gained significant experience with short listing, scribing and selection report writing with various Queensland Government organisations.

She has a reputation for delivering outstanding work and outcomes within very tight deadlines and is highly experienced in large scale, bulk recruitment projects – managing extremely high levels of applicants. The level of repeat business Linda receives is testament to the quality and results she continually delivers.
