Seeking the opportunity to join a dynamic and innovative team, steering the success of a National provider of professional and consulting services to the health sector? As the Executive Assistant (EA), you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Group Chief Executive Officer (GCEO) assisting with the operations across a group of companies and two Boards.
You will liaise with internal and external stakeholders and your support will elevate executive-level decision-making and collaborations with senior management. Your attention to detail will ensure the GCEO is consistently well-prepared and informed, managing communications, schedules and priorities seamlessly.
You will assemble and circulate Board and AGM papers, setting schedules and communicating extensively with Directors, the Company Secretary and Executive Team. You will collaborate closely with the GCEO, managing and monitoring the implementation of resolutions and action items. Your role in preparing for meetings, crafting agendas, taking minutes, and overseeing committee action items will be instrumental.
Your responsibilities will include managing calendars, travel arrangements and key meetings, ensuring commitments are met effectively. You will handle confidential matters with discretion, maintaining documents and managing correspondence and craft formal communications, contributing to delivery of the strategic plans essential for the company’s growth.
You will ideally hold a Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 5 years’ experience supporting C-suite executives, and possess advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office. You will be able to forge strong relationships with stakeholders, leveraging exceptional communication skills and a proactive problem-solving approach. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, where you consistently meet deadlines and exceed performance goals. As a proactive problem-solver, you have an eye for detail, able to effortlessly juggle multiple priorities while working independently.
