I had a fantastic experience working with Eden Ritchie, the consultant who managed my application was polite, diligent, transparent and expeditious. The firm managed to secure an opportunity for me within a week of my initial contact. The entire process - from initial enquiry with the consultant (Luuk Piet) through to the final decision of the hiring manager on the client side - took half a week. I would consider working with them again and strongly recommend that you contact the firm for any recruitment needs or opportunities.

My experience with Eden Ritchie has been incredibly positive. I would like to specifically thank Luuk Piet for his tireless efforts in finding me a role. From my very first contact with Luuk, we developed a strong rapport. He is friendly, professional and has such a positive outlook that is refreshing. His enthusiasm for his role and for finding me the right job was contagious. As I had never been a contractor, the extra time he spent in the onboarding process was incredibly helpful and very much appreciated. I have already referred several friends to Eden Ritchie, and to Luuk specifically. The time from my first contact with Luuk to me starting in the role I am currently in was 3 weeks – I don’t think that happens often!

Where do I start... Happy New Year!! Pauline and Helen, the dynamic duo are literally the best recruiters to work with. I've completed a lot of government contracts over the years and found myself looking for work at a time when it was slow. But these two ladies always called if a suitable role became available or tried everything to get me a fit-for purpose role. I can honestly say that Pauline assisted me working through teething issues and was always an amazing and honest soundboard for ideas and questions. As these were the first roles I was going for in the city, after WFH for over 2 years. I cannot thank these ladies enough for their tireless efforts, never giving up on me, and their attitude and guiding me through the process of returning to work. I will be forever grateful to them for everything they did/potentially will do if I am ever out of work again.

I'd seen so many recruiters trying to break into the government sector in Queensland yet despite being more than qualified, I'd had no luck. That all changed when I saw the lovely people at Eden Ritchie...they got my foot in the door with a short term AO3 contract, which soon morphed into another AO4 one...it was not long before I was finally able to secure a permanent AO5 role for myself and now two years after that initial contract, I have moved up to a permanent AO6 role that I absolutely love. Eden Ritchie walked the talk where all the others were just a lot of promises and little else. I am sincerely grateful to them for setting me on my new career path <3

In 2014 – 15, I had the pleasure of working for Eden Ritchie as a locum Consultant for approximately 1 year.  I was very fortunate to have mostly back to back assignments/placements in various places from the Torres Strait to Central Queensland.  It was a very exciting time in my career both professionally and personally.  Sue from Eden Ritchie was absolutely fabulous in ensuring that communication between the client and I was timely, contracting precise, flights and accommodation organised, and keeping in contact during the assignment to ensure all was going well.  Sue also sourced subsequent placements for me which ensured that work was suitable and ongoing.  I have since taken up permanent employment again, but my ‘gap year’ with Eden Ritchie was a richly rewarding experience.  I would highly recommend Eden Ritchie to anybody seeking assistance with assignments/placements in the future.

The depth of expertise and experience at ERR created a smooth and straightforward process and delivered a very successful outcome. The team at ERR worked closely with us from the beginning of the recruitment process to understand and interpret our needs, and provided excellent insights into capability requirements. The service was impeccably professional, efficient and very responsive to our needs – from reviewing the position descriptions, to interviewing candidates, through to thorough reference checks. I would not hesitate to recommend ERR to others seeking a high quality, focused recruitment service.

Kim Woolgar Senior Director, Funding and Contract Management Unit, Queensland Health

I am emailing to thank you both for the excellent service you provided to me in the recent recruitment to the Executive role in the Darling Downs. Your timeliness and professionalism when responding to email and phone call queries and questions, the advice you provided in terms of both the application and interview process, and the consideration you showed in the follow up period post interview were nothing short of exceptional. I would have no hesitation in recommending your services to colleagues and I will also have no hesitation myself in procuring your services in the future when recruiting high quality, experienced and capable employees.

Annette Scott Executive Director Allied Health, Darling Downs Hospital and Health Service

I have commissioned Justine Eden, Director, Eden Ritchie Recruitment on a number of recent occasions to assist in the recruitment and selection of senior executive service officers in the Department of Education and Training. Justine has been invaluable in her organisational, communication and critical thinking skills bringing to the process a comprehensive understanding of the relationship between the organisation’s complex operating environments, the key attributes of each role and contemporary human resources best practice. Justine has also provided assistance to the panels through her objective analysis of “best fit” between the positions and candidates. Justine’s processes are professional and thorough with advice and support provided in a timely way. I would recommend Justine’s recruitment services to any organisation

Gabrielle Sinclair Assistant Director-General, Strategic Policy and Portfolio Relations - Department of Education Training and Employment

The Division has used ERR on a number of occasions now to secure outstanding people into significant roles in our team. Our experience has been very successful and the professional way ERR has delivered a good outcome has made our task very straightforward. ERR have been thorough, the backgrounding impeccable and the interview process has run like clockwork. I have the highest regard for Justine Eden (whom we have dealt with) and would not hesitate in recommending the Company to any prospective client.

John Glaister Former Director-General - Department of National Parks, Recreation, Sport and Racing

Eden Ritchie have placed me twice in the last few years and I have been highly impressed with the service each time.  I have known Tiffany Kamo for a number of years when I contracted to QTC and she has always provided exceptional customer service, persistence, determination being two of her key strengths as a recruiter along with a willingness to go the extra mile.  More recently I have worked with Ben Wright who has also displayed these attributes and has been delightful to work with.  Both Tiffany and Ben make you feel you are not just another name but a valued client by keeping in regular touch and providing progress reports throughout the placement.  They are both proactive in their approach to finding the next contract and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.  I’ll continue to keep them in my ‘go to’ list both when looking for my next contract and when I need project staff.
